Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed use

Gray Rabbit is for lawful restoration and upscaling of existing uploaded photos that you own or have permission to process.

Strictly prohibited content

Do not use Gray Rabbit to upload, restore, distribute, or attempt to obtain NSFW content, harmful content, non-consensual intimate images, deepfakes, infringing content, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, credible threats, instructions for violence or wrongdoing, private personal data, hateful or harassing material, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

Identity and deception

Do not submit images or use outputs to impersonate a private person, deceive viewers about real events, misrepresent endorsement, or depict a real person in intimate, sexual, humiliating, violent, or otherwise harmful contexts without clear consent. Public, commercial, or political use may require additional review, labeling, or permission.

Intellectual property

Do not upload copyrighted, trademarked, private, or otherwise protected images unless you have the right to process them. You are responsible for reviewing restored images before use.

Abuse prevention

We may block requests, refund or withhold credits, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or report activity where needed to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
