Using Gray Rabbit

By accessing Gray Rabbit or creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Text-to-image tools and credits

Gray Rabbit currently uses one credit for each submitted text-to-image generation. The required credit amount is displayed before submission. Credits are account-based units that can be used only for eligible Gray Rabbit services. They are not cash, stored value, or transferable between users, and they cannot be redeemed for cash.

A detected provider or processing failure is refunded automatically to your credit balance. Contact support if the adjustment does not appear. Output dissatisfaction alone does not mean a request failed: AI results can vary and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected details.

Purchases and payment

Credit pack prices, currency, and included credits are shown on our Pricing page. The final amount and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Creem acts as merchant of record for these purchases and may apply its checkout and customer terms. Credits are delivered to the Gray Rabbit account associated with the purchase after confirmed payment. See our Refund Policy.

Your content

You retain your rights in submitted prompts to the extent you have rights in them. You grant Gray Rabbit and its processing providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to transmit and process prompts only as needed to perform your requested service, protect the service, and resolve technical issues.

You must have the right to submit each prompt. Do not request NSFW content, harmful content, non-consensual intimate images, deepfakes, infringing content, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonation, or material that violates privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

Generated outputs

AI-generated outputs may resemble existing styles, objects, or public concepts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial or public use and for securing any rights or clearances required for your use case.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular image result. We may change models, limits, features, or credit costs prospectively, but the applicable cost will be shown before a request. We may limit or suspend access to prevent abuse, address security issues, or comply with law.

Third-party services

Google, Supabase, Replicate, Cloudflare, and Creem provide parts of the service. Their availability and processing may affect Gray Rabbit.
